Healthy (Simple) Pancakes
Oatmeal
Ingredients
Oatmeal, banana, Egg
`/3 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 egg
Step 1
peel 1 banana and smash banana into bowl
Step 2
add 1 egg to bowl and mix with fork
Step 3
add 1/4 cup oatmeal and mix in with fork
Step 4
add another 1/4 cup oatmeal and mix with fork
Step 5
drizzle oil onto pan and heat up pan (Med - 5)
Step 6
scoop a spoon-ful of batter onto pan and use the spoon flatten batter into shape of pancake (repeat for 2 more pancakes on the pan (3 in total))
Step 7
cook (3) Pancakes for ~2 1/2 minutes on one side (Looking for Golden Brown)
Step 8
flip (3) pancakes and cook for additional ~2 minutes (Looking for Golden Brown)
Step 9
repeat steps 7 and 8 for additional 2 pancakes (cook 3 pancakes at a time)
Step 10
repeat steps 7-9 for additional batch of pancakes (Recipe should make 6 Pancakes in Total)

Preheating the Pan helps

It is better to error on the side of under-cooking to start. You can always flip it a second time if you under-cooked the first side of the pancake.
